Presentations & Workshops

Designed as a “hands-on” practical experience, presentations and workshops can provide institutions with professional development opportunities for faculty, staff and leadership on a variety of topics. Presentations and workshops are carefully constructed in consultation with the institution to supplement practices on-campus. Whether institutions are building their infrastructure or just need a “kick-start”, presentation and workshops are designed to fit the needs of the institution’s culture.

Sample presentations or workshops:

  • Creating Authentic Assessment of Student Learning
  • Accreditation Boot Camp
  • Integrating Program Review, Assessment and Planning Efforts
  • Assessing General Education/Core Curriculum
  • Assessment Summit

Presentations are more focused, designed for one or two audiences and typically performed over a half or full day. Workshops are typically for larger groups, occurring over multiple sessions in a couple of days.

It is often best to schedule a presentation or workshop 2-3 months in advance and fees include typical travel expenses and stipend.
